EDMONTON, ALBERTA · PLANNING & PEOPLE

A practical eye.
A planning

01 / SELECTED WORK

From questions
to possibilities.

A selection of housing research, spatial analysis and planning practice. Open a project to explore the question, my contribution and what I’m learning.

Research proposals explore possibilities rather than adopted policy. Professional work is presented as a role overview, with client and project details kept confidential.

02 / A LITTLE CONTEXT

Based in Edmonton.
Curious beyond it.

A different route
into planning.

My path has taken me through planning, entrepreneurship, housing finance and wildfire operations. Each experience shapes how I think about the places we share.

I work as an Intern Urban Planner at Clarity Development Advisory while completing a BA in Urban & Regional Planning at the University of Alberta. I enjoy turning a complicated question into clear research, a useful map or a practical next step.

I’m also co-founding Young Professionals in Transportation Edmonton and serve on the board of Ellerslie Curling Club. Earlier, I led mortgage operations at an Edmonton fintech startup, consulted with a heavy-equipment startup, and built a mortgage business. That work, along with affordable housing projects and wildfire operations, gives me a practical view of how ideas, finance and communities come together.

BEYOND THE DESK

I curl competitively with Team Libbus and help build connections in the planning and transportation community. Teamwork, preparation and following through matter in all of it.

in doing.
